Account strategist

Koroberi, a business-to-business marketing agency, is seeking a full-time account strategist to join its team in Raleigh. The account strategist will report to the CEO and is responsible for the relationships between the agency and its clients in the supply chain and logistics industries.

 

What you’ll do at Koroberi:

  • Maintain direct day-to-day client contact, leading meetings and promptly, clearly and thoroughly responding to all email communications
  • Receive client briefings for new projects, ensuring scope, goals and deliverables are clear and anticipating any questions from internal teams
  • Collaborate with agency teams to provide aligned and compelling multi-channel campaigns, ensuring each deliverable supports strategic goals, brand mandatories and messaging directives
  • Effectively present and sell agency work to clients
  • Ensure client budgets are on track, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
  • Prepare and present regular status and metrics reports to clients, explaining next steps and recommending optimizations
  • Work with leadership and project management teams to plan for account resourcing, workload balance and project prioritization
  • Retain client accounts and seek out new business opportunities with them
  • Keep apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments
  • Contribute to the overall profitability of the company
  • Other duties, as required 

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising or similar
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Basecamp), all Microsoft Office softwares (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google products (Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar)
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Functional knowledge across marketing disciplines, including branding, design, content creation, public relations, digital strategy and advertising
  • Eagerness to learn about the supply chain, materials handling, automation, robotics, energy and telecommunications industries – stable, growing industries that are set to fundamentally change our world

 

What you’ll love about Koroberi:

  • The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience
