The project coordinator position is an early career marketing agency opportunity to work with a creative, interdisciplinary team, acting as a link between account managers and production departments. Responsibilities include:- Attend applicable meetings for assigned clients, take thorough notes and coordinate action items
- Create and manage tickets within agency project management software (ClickUp), ensuring information is up to date and assigned to the correct team member
- Oversee the quality of work delivered, ensuring it meets both client and agency standards
- Share completed work with clients for review, coordinating feedback and revisions when needed
- Ensure projects are executed on time, on budget and on brief
- Collaborate with agency teams to manage aligned and compelling multi-channel campaigns, utilizing PR, digital, social media and advertising platforms to deliver maximum impact
- Work with the Senior project manager to account for team resourcing, workload balance and project prioritization
- Keep apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments
- Contribute to the overall profitability of the company
- Other duties, as required
What you’ll bring to the role- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a marketing agency environment
- Experience with project management tools (i.e. ClickUp, Wrike, Basecamp) and the full Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
